Subject: Thank you!
There was an incredible ‘buzz’ throughout the evening and you certainly helped create it with the music! You knew how important the music was to all of us, and you more than came through. You set the perfect tone from beginning to end, not to mention how much we all liked you personally.
When you suggested doing the hora at the very beginning of the evening I hadn’t heard of that before, and wasn’t sure how it would work–but it so did. As Lauren’s father-in-law who is not Jewish said at the time, “boy, you guys really start out at a high point!” And it went up from there.
The combination of what Lauren and James knew they wanted to hear, and what you knew would work for the crowd made it an electric evening. And yes, we all loved Green Central Station trio. They are very talented, we loved their style and are so glad that you work with them so that we didn’t need to find them on our own! And ‘Hello Stranger’, not a very popular song, has always been a favorite of mine. You started off with it and I knew we truly were on the same page!
So thanks for the compliments about Lauren and James, they really are wonderful kids and deserved a wonderful wedding and your decisions were a very big part of making that happen.
