Loft Wedding NYC
Saturday night saw another amazing Loft Wedding NYC! We are the preferred Recommended DJ’s at the Manhattan Penthouse so our DJ’s are there often. This event space not only has some of the finest views (on all sides) of Manhattan/NYC but a top flight staff headed by Monika and out of this world food! DJ Dave was back there again Saturday night for an Indian/Irish wedding with a GREAT amount of dancing! If you’re thinking of getting married in NYC you should check out this amazing and unique event space!
DJ Dave dj’d the entire wedding from Ceremony (played pre ceremony music and the processionals and recessionals and provided the officient with a microphone and Stand)
Wedding Cocktail Hour
After the wedding ceremony DJ Dave’s Assistant set up an Ipad playlist through the venue’s sound system for cocktail hour. Here is a photo of DJ Dave and his set up on Saturday.
Wedding Reception and Dancing
After cocktail hour DJ Dave introduced the Bridal party and Bride and Groom into first dance and then onto parent dances. Then the dancing began and didn’t stop all night (so much so that the bride & groom asked DJ Dave to stay overtime) The overtime saw even more dancing then the reception!
Unlike some wedding and event spaces where they are so large you can feel a little self conscious on the dance floor if there aren’t tons of guests surrounding you, the Manhattan Penthouse Loft is a perfect size where even if you have a handful of couples on the dance floor you don’t feel as if you are “standing out”.
The views on both sides of the room are spectacular and the dance floor is sandwiched between two of the best views NYC has to offer.
the Cake cutting stood out because of the huge, beautiful wedding cake and the couple glowing from just getting married!
Thank you, as always, to Monika and her staff at the Manhattan Penthouse and to Great NYC photographer Agaton Strom who was the Photojournalist for the Wedding!
Check out these amazing views from the reception room!!
Thank you Letter from Bride & Groom
Thank you also to the bride & Groom (especially for this lovely thank you note!)
