Alger House is one of the great New York City Reception Venues for smaller events for 30 to 106 guests including a large dancing area. 106 are seated comfortably in half the Great Room, a private ballroom event space like no other that feels intimate even for tiny groups because of the large decorations. Dining tables occupy only half the loft space in the photos above.

The Altman Building is a historic Landmark in the heart of Chelsea. Established in 1886 as the Carriage House for the B. Altman Department Store, now a private event venue boasting two floors, vaulted brick ceilings and the original French doors.

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater was founded in 1958 by dancer, choreographer and visionary Alvin Ailey, to bring African-American cultural expression and the American modern dance tradition to the world. In addition to there beautiful dance facility is an event space for private parties and weddings.
