Hello David,

We enjoyed DJ Alberto’s spinning very much and commend him on his strategic communications. Because he worked from the balcony, he asked that we communicate via text and it worked perfectly!

The group enjoyed cool and jazzy holiday music during dinner, then Alberto picked up the pace with a variety of pop, hip hop and Latin tunes. His strategy toward the end of the night (the last two selections) was brilliant. He first playing “cha cha” line dance (got the majority of the group on the dance floor) then segued into the grand finale Gangnam style!

The general consensus was that this was the best party and music we have ever had which was a meaningful sentiment coming from the employees based at two different office locations.

Karaoke DJ Party at Toshi’s Living Room NYC

A popular New York City based PR firm held there annual XMAS/Holiday/Office party last thursday at Toshi’s Living Room on Broadway NYC. The theme was “Gangnam Style”

NYC DJ Holiday Party for 950 at Buddakan

For the 4th year DJ Dave Swirsky was the disc jockey for a worldwide law firm at New York City restaurant Buddakan in Chelsea. The dance floor was packed all night as DJ Dave played every genre of music imaginable including salsa, merengue, bachata, r & B, hip hop, pop, rock, reggae and more.

Buddakan is owned and operated by Starr Restaurants who have numerous 1st class restaurants in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey and Florida. Some of their restaurants include Morimoto, Caffe Storico and Continental. The founder Stephen Starr is a true innovator in the Restaurant business and was recently featured on MSNBC’s Your Business show. check out this clip (he gives unique and useful information for any business owner).

Saks Fifth Ave Karaoke DJ charity event sponsored by Alice & Olivia

Expressway Music DJ Taylor dj’d the “Jingle Bell” karaoke party in store the other night at the fabulous New York City Landmark Store Saks 5th Ave. The event was hosted by Stacey Bendet Eisner designer for Alice & Olivia (and was written up in the NY Post). With every song sung and every purchase made, an ornament was added to the brand’s 10-foot Christmas tree at Saks, which was later brought to the Rockaways to spread some much-needed cheer. Additionally, 10% of sales of Alice + Olivia clothing and shoes were donated to the Mayor’s Fund for Sandy relief.
