DISC JOCKEY’S
We are hired predominantly for our Disc Jockey services. Most of the time, our DJ’s are hired to perform during the cocktail hour, and then for four hours at the reception. For those couples who are getting married at the reception site, our DJ’s are also available to play music for when the guests arrive and for the ceremony.

Many of our brides and grooms have opted to hire our [LIVE MUSICIANS] for their ceremony and/or cocktail hour and to use our DJ’s services for the reception.

My fiance knows music very well. How do we know that your DJ will play great music for our wedding and the type of music we love?
Our DJ’s will never play any line dances, boy band songs, artists who over sing, or songs that have been played to death — unless YOU specifically request them.
Expressway live musician
We have an area on our website called “DJ Songfinder,” which allows you to make your own play list, including Must Plays, May Plays, and Do Not Plays.
Filling this out, along with discussing your musical preferences with your DJ , will insure that you and your DJ are on the same page musically.

Before we sign an agreement can we speak and meet with the dj?
Yes, in fact we encourage this. We will either give you the dj’s phone number or we will have our dj contact you to make and appointment to meet in our NYC office.
Can your DJ also act as the MC?
Yes. All of our DJ’s have pleasant voices and can make the necessary announcements and introductions but are NOT on the microphone otherwise. .
Have you performed at our venue?
Chances are, yes. We have DJ’s at many of the finest venues in and out of New York City.
