Eli became a Bar Mitzvah yesterday and celebrated with his closest friends and family at Bayards (India house) in the financial center nyc. It was a tasteful, elegant and extremely fun event full of great food, good feeling and lots of dancing by young and older alike!

After cocktail hour held on the first floor guests came to the 2nd floor where they were treated to a thoughtful, heartfelt candle lighting conducted by Bar Mitzvah Boy Eli.

Followed by a fun and energetic Hora…….

Here is the Expressway Music DJ Set up with Basic Lighting.(The family requested that the music not be loud so our DJ Dave brought Bose Compact speakers that sound GREAT and allow guests to speak to each other without shouting!)

Eli’s dad produced a wonderful montage about his son that was well received. Expressway Music provided the Projector and screen pictured here:

Expressway Music Dancers Julie and Cassandra helped out in all aspects of the party.

A wonderful magician did strolling, slight of hand magic throughout the party.

Eli’s Mom Amy designed a very impressive Birthday Cake decorated to reflect the “Under the Sea” theme of the Bar Mitzvah.

Expressway Music emcee Dan Kingman did his usual fantastic job keeping the kids occupied and happy by conducting a raffle including trivia, games and dancing. Dan was also in charge of all announcements and helping conduct the candle lighting and hora. Here’s Dan conducting a game of Coke & Pepsi with the kids.

Top NYC photojournalist Jayd Gardina was the photographer for the Bar Mitzvah.
